- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪wonderful! Stressful process having a house fire, but Mike Raymond (our adjuster) was very responsive and easy to work with. At the end of the day, this company gave me my home back. Mike referred my Husband and I to the restoration company and our home is now beautiful!! Hastings Mutual has some great people working for them, from our agent Fleece insurance, to the Lady at the late night call center who filed our claim (i forgot her name, kinda a stressful time for me) to our adjuster Mike and everyone in between.
